摘要
通过丙烯酸聚合物主链上引入N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺低温交联剂,研制成低温固化(120℃/30min)丙烯酸电泳漆,可广泛用于汽车、仪器、家用电器等金属表面乃至塑料件表面的电泳涂装。介绍了该电泳漆的配方和合成工艺,并列举了漆膜性能的测试结果。讨论了该电泳漆在不同烘干时间和烘干温度时的交联度,确定了N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺的最佳用量为5wt%。
AbstractA low temperature curing acrylic electrodepositionpaint (120℃/30 min)has been developed by introduc-tion of the N-methylol acrylamide into the backbonechain ,which can be widely used in the paint for auto-mobiles , instruments , electric appliances and plastics.The formulation and synthetic process were de-scribed, and the film properties were given. Thecrosslink density of the paint at various baking tem-perature ,and baking time has been described. The op-timum level of N-methylol acrylamide is 5% byweight.
