低温固化丙烯酸电泳漆

LOW TEMPERATURE CIJRING ACRYLIC ELEC-TRODEPOSITION PAINT

通过丙烯酸聚合物主链上引入Ｎ－羟甲基丙烯酰胺低温交联剂，研制成低温固化（１２０℃／３０ｍｉｎ）丙烯酸电泳漆，可广泛用于汽车、仪器、家用电器等金属表面乃至塑料件表面的电泳涂装。介绍了该电泳漆的配方和合成工艺，并列举了漆膜性能的测试结果。讨论了该电泳漆在不同烘干时间和烘干温度时的交联度，确定了Ｎ－羟甲基丙烯酰胺的最佳用量为５ｗｔ％。

AbstractA low temperature curing acrylic electrodepositionpaint (120℃/30 min)has been developed by introduc-tion of the N-methylol acrylamide into the backbonechain ,which can be widely used in the paint for auto-mobiles , instruments , electric appliances and plastics.The formulation and synthetic process were de-scribed, and the film properties were given. Thecrosslink density of the paint at various baking tem-perature ,and baking time has been described. The op-timum level of N-methylol acrylamide is 5% byweight.
