摘要
介绍了不同磷含量的化学镀镍-磷层热处理前后在几种腐蚀介质,特别是碱性溶液中的腐蚀磨损行为.实验结果表明:化学镀Ni-P层对碳钢基材有明显的保护作用,无论在酸性及中性盐溶液中其耐蚀磨损能力均优于45钢.但在碱性介质中,中磷镀层却显示出很高的腐蚀量,其原因是碱性环境诱发的脆性剥落.通过镀层磷含量的调整和热处理温度的选择,可以提高它在碱性介质中的耐磨能力,使之达到甚至超过纯镍.
The corrosive wear behaviour of electroless Ni-P coating with various P content before or after heat treatment has been described in the paper. The experimental results showed that the wear resistance of Ni-P coating is better than that of 1045 steel which is always used as the substrate in acidic or neutral salt solution, but very poor wear resistance of Ni-7. 8% P coating in basic corrosive medium is observed. Its wear resistance in basic solution could be improved by properly selecting P content and heat treatment process.
