摘要
在以硫酸亚铁为还原剂的酸性化学镀铜液中添加过渡金属离子,促使钢催化沉积.通过测定镀铜层的光泽性、均匀性等物理性能,确定了镀液的组成及工艺条件.
The colorimetric analysis method was used in this experiment to determine the surface concentration of adsorbed Pd on ployurethane foam activated with PdCl2 activating solution in the process of eletroless nickel plating. The experimental results showed that the lowest surface concentration of adsorbed Pd on foam was 0. 5 mg/dm2.
