ADA脱硫液中微量铁的测定－2，2’－联吡啶分光光度法

Determination of the Trace Ferrum in ADA Solution of Desulfidation-2,2'-Bioyridyl Spectrorhotometric Methods

本文研究了ＡＤＡ脱硫液中铁与２、２’－联吡啶形成红色络合物的条件及其测定方法。在ｐＨ４．５～６．０的Ｈａｃ－ＮａＡｃ缓冲溶液中，Ｆｅ２＋与２、２’－联吡啶成稳定的红色络合物。铁在０～３×ｌ０－２ｍｇ／ｍｌ含量范围内符合郎白－比尔定律，摩尔吸光系数为１．０５×１０５１／ｍｏｌ·ｏｍ，ＡＤＡ脱硫液的空白吸光度为０．０２４，铁的最低检测浓度为６．５×１０－７ｍｇ／ｍｌ。铁的回收率在９６～９９％之间。

The onodilion forming red Complex from Fe2+and bipyridyl and determination of the trace Fe2+in ADA-calution of desulndation were studied. The complex of Fe2+-bipyridyl was formed at PH 4. 5～6 in the buffer solution of HAc-NaAc.The delermination limit and covery of ferrum was 6.5×10-7mg/ml and 96～99% respectively.
