摘要
采用经改良的过碘酸盐氧化法,以国产辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)标记经纯化的三种抗bFSH和抗bLH的单克隆抗体,所获得的酶—抗体结合物的效价用ELISA法测定为10^(-3)—8×10^(-5),文中讨论了标记高效价酶—抗体结合物的若干事项。
Three purified anti—bFSH and anti—bLH monoclonal antibodies were labeled with horseradish peroxidase(HRP)using the improved periodate—oxidation method. The titers of the peroxidase—conjugated antibodies detected by ELISA were in the range of 10^(-3)-8×10^(-5). Several problems of labeling antibody were discussed.
