THE SELECTION OF OPTIMUM SYNTHETIC MEDIUM OF ZYMOMONAS MOBILIS BY ORTHOGONAL DESIGN

摘要 运动发酵单胞菌(zymomonas mobilis)是一种产酒精的细菌。本文找出了一种可使该蘑长期传代的合成培养基;运用正交设计的原理,对影响酒精产率和糖的利用率的诸因子及其因子间的交互作用进行了试验,从中筛选出酒精产率高、残糖浓度低的合成培养基,并对试验结果进行了方差分析。 Zymomonas mobilis is an ethanol producing bacterium. In this paper, we found a minimal medium in which Z mohilis could be generated many times. The composition of the medium was studied. The factors of influencing the ethanol productivity and glucose utilization as well as the interaction among those factors were studied by orthogonal design. The results were treated by variance analysis. The optimum minimal medium which gave the high ethanol concentration and low glucose residue was selected.
