本文探讨了纬编天鹅绒生产过程中与绒面质量密切相关的几大主要因素.并重点介绍了毛圈烘燥预处理的工作原理,列举了几种不同类型的烘燥机,对其结构性能、工艺效果进行了对比,并通过试验数据和理论分析,得出较为理想的工艺参数,为天鹅绒生产提供了可靠的参考数据.

In this article, several key factors which are closely related to the appearance quality of weft -knitted velvet during its production are analysed. The working princple of pre-drying process of terry is introduced. A comparison is made between different dryers concerning with their construction, performance and technological effects, some ideal processing parameters are given based on tested data and theoretical analysis, from which reliable data have been gotten.
