摘要
介绍了在河北省电力调度通信局生产信息管理网上开发的电网调度工作票管理系统，及其硬件基础、软件的组织与设计、系统的主要功能和用户界面的特点。
In this paper introduces a developed Dispatching Work Bill Management System and its structure of hardware,organizing and designing of software,main functions of the system and user’s interface.This system is developed in the operational information management network of the Dispatching and Communication Bureau.
