西柏坡发电厂３００ＭＷ汽轮发电机定子线圈绝缘磨损严重，通过对其端部线圈振动固有特性的测试与分析，找到绝缘磨损的原因，并采取加固措施。

The insulation of a 300MW turbo generator and its stator winding in Xibaipo Power Plant was seriously worn out.Through inherent vibration characteristic test of the end windings, the cause of insulation worn out was found,and some fastening measures were taken.
