河北南网能量管理系统运行方式的改善

Improvement of Operation Mode of Energy Management System in Southern Hebei Network

针对河北电力调度通信局能量管理系统单机运行情况下，负荷过重、安全稳定性差等问题，提出将主机部分功能转移到备用机上完成的构想，并利用非透明进程间通信技术，实现备用机核心数据库的实时更新。

When the energy management system in Hebei electric power dispatching and communication bureau is in the single computer operation mode,it has problems of heavy load and poor secure stability.To solve these problems,it is suggested to shift some of the main functions to the stand by computer,and to use the non transparent inter process communication technology to realize real time update of the center database of stand by computer.
