摘要
黄壁庄大型水库系全国重点病险库之一,其安危直接牵动着下游几十个市县的安全,关系重大。本文分析了黄壁庄水库库区地震加频、坝基渗漏严重及防洪标准偏低等三大隐患,以期引起有关部门及领导同志的足够重视。
Huangbizhuang Reservoir is one of the most dangerous reservoirs in the whole country, its safety and danger is directly related to the people's safety in the lower reaches. The earthquake activity in the reservoir area, dam foundation leakage and problem of flood control were discussed in this paper.
