近10年SCI和EI摘录湖南省主要高校和研究院所科技论文的统计分析

A Statistics of Research Papers Cited by SCI and EI from the Key Universities and Research Institutes in Hunan Province in the Recent Ten Years

作者通过INTERNET 检索近 1 0年湖南省主要高校和研究院所发表的科技论文被美国 SCIENCECITATIONINDEX 和 ENGINEERINGINDEXCOMPENDEXWEB(以下简称 SCI 和 EICW 摘录的情况 ,从被摘录文献的数量、所属学科、论文发表的期刊等不同角度以及检索过程发现的一些问题进行了统计分析 ,进而将其与国内外著名大学进行比较。

All research papers affiliated by the key universities and research institutes in Hunan province and cited by Science Citation Index and Engineering Index Compendex Web in the recent ten years were searched through internet. Accordingly,the number distribution,disciplines and serial of these papers were summarized.Some experiences achieved during the searching process were also given in this article. The searching results were compared with the cited paper number from the famous universities both in China and in the USA.Furthermore, some relevant ideas of developing the scientific research level of Hunan province were pointed out.
