摘要
本文探讨了网络传输权及与之相关的网上发行、传播、复制等问题 ,基于对网络传输权特点的思考 ,对我国著作权法在这方面存在的不足 ,提出了修改、补充和完善的建议。
This paper approaches the network transmission rights and the related distribution,dissemination and reproduction on network.Based on the characteristics of network transmission rights and in view of the imperfection of China's copyright law in this respect,the author puts forward some proposals for its revision,supplement and perfection.
