国家国际科技合作文献计量学分析

Bibliometrics Study of International Cooperation in Science and Technology

为评价我国国际科技合作现状 ,分析我国科技人员参与国际竞争能力 ,本文利用文献计量学方法及Foxpro编程分析SCI1991——— 1998年收录我国科技人员发表的论文。结果表明我国科技人员国际合著文献数量逐年上升 ,但年递增速度没有显著变化。主要合作国家以西方发达国家为主 ,热点学科为物理科学、医学、化学、工程技术和生物科学。我国科技人员参与国际合作范围广 ,优势学科突出 ,竞争力增强 ,有利于今后开展国际合作研究。

In order to evaluate the situation of international cooperation in science and technology,all articles written by China researchers are selected from Science Citation Index (1991～1998),and bibliometic analysis is used with the Foxpro program.The results show that the number of cooperation articles increases year by year,but the increasing rate is not significantly changed.The developed countries are the main cooperation partner,and hot topics are physics,medicine,chemistry,engineering,and biology.It shows there is advantageous to the development of international cooperation in science and technology for China.
