动态经济分析法在水库清淤方案选择中的应用

Application of dynamic economic analysis in selection of silt clearance scheme in reservoirs

以往水库清淤方案选择，大都依据投资多寡进行取舍，由于忽视对投入和产出的全面衡量，因而导致水库运行中清淤方案一变再变，造成物力、财力的巨大浪费．本文引用动态经济分析法，从投资和效益等方面对可比方案进行综合经济分析与评价，并通过典型实例。

Formerly, the selection of a silt clearance scheme for a reservoir usually depended on the amount of investment. and neglected the overall weigh between the input and output, thus, it is often needed to be modified again, resulting in great waste in material and financial resources. In this paper, the application of dynamic economic analysis in the selection of an optimal scheme is dealt by a comprehensive comparison among the silt clearance schemes based on overall cost and benefit. A typical illustration is given to demonstrate the application of this method.
