华北水利资源丰枯和灾害规律的地学研究及其治水对策

GEOSCIENTIFIC RESEARCH ON THE REGULARITIES OF ABUNDANCE AND DEFICIENCY AS WELL AS DISASTER IN THE WATER CONSERVANCY RESOURCES OF NORTH CHINA

本文提出表示水利资源贫富对比的丰柘度及其表示方法、华北水害成因类型及其形成机制示意图解以及治水对策。

A defenition on the water abundance and deficiency and its denotaion are proposed in this paper.Because the term runoff depth is not convenient to denote the water abundance and deficiency,the term water abundance is used.The mechanism diagram of the genetee types of inundation which is controlled by the geoscientific factors has been studied and the countermea- sures for the flood control and the water conservation have been discussed.
