摘要
文章提出了一种新的自适应帧频提升算法 ,并深入研究了它的快速硬件实现方法。该算法通过引入内部参数和加权块匹配误差 ,来进行自适应运动补偿 ,因而它可以有效地消除噪声的影响 ,并便于硬件实现。最后 ,通过建立对应于可变参数的因子查找表和采用现场可编程逻辑器件 (FPGA)快速实现了扫描格式转换中的帧频提升算法 ,并应用在实际系统中 ,实验结果表明该算法十分有效。
