摘要
团队合作进行生产的工作模式是随着现代社会生产复杂化、社会分工程度不断细化加深而产生的。通过对团队合作生产的博奕模型进行研究 ,讨论了一个由投资者、经营者和生产者组成的合作团队的最优分配激励问题。根据分析结果得出的结论 。
Working in team cooperation emerges with the ever complicating modern social production and enlarging division of social labor. The incentive using optimal residual assignment in a cooperative team made up of investors, managers and producers is discussed. Based on the conclusion from the analysis, some suggestions on the issue of assignment in the reform of state owned enterprises are put forward.
