氟罗沙星的代谢动力学及体外抑菌试验

Study on Pharmacokinetics of Fleroxacin and Its Bacteria-inhibiting Ability

3月龄崇仁麻鸡按体重 1 0mg kg的剂量经胸肌注射 1 .0 %氟罗沙星注射液 ,2h后即达最高血药浓度 1 1 .494μg mL,1 3h后血药浓度降为 5 .62 0 μg mL ,约为最高浓度的 5 0 % ,即半衰期约为 1 3h。用纸片法测定氟罗沙星对大肠杆菌O1 、O2 、O78、K88、禽多杀性巴氏杆菌X73、禽沙门氏菌C79- 1 3的抑菌圈分别为 2 8、1 9、2 8、2 2、2 5、2 6mm 。

Fleroxacin was injected into three-month-old Chongren chicken at the dosage of 10mg/kg,2 hours after,the concentration of this drug in plasma reached to 11.494μg/mL,being the highest;13 hours after injection, that decreased to 5.620μg/mL,indicating the half-life of this drug is about 13 hours.Strain O\-1,O 2 ,O 78 ,K 88 ,X 73 and C 79-13 were highly sensitive to Fleroxacin.\;
