灰树花子实体与深层发酵菌丝体营养组分分析 被引量:10

摘要 灰树花子实体与深层发酵菌丝体的氨基酸、粗多糖、微量元素的分析结果表明 ,灰树花子实体与深层发酵菌丝体的营养组成相近 ,深层发酵菌丝体中As、Pb的含量大大低于子实体中的含量 ,而Hg的含量与子实体的相近 。 The analysis and comparison of amino acids and crude polysaccharides as well as trace elements in the fruitbodies and submerged cultivated mycelia of Grifola frondosa show that the nutrition composition and Hg content in the fruitbodies and submerged cultivated mycelia are almost the same. While As and Pb contents of the mycelia are greatly lower than that of the fruitbodies. Therefore, the submerged cultivated mycelia of G.frondosa could be substituted for fruitbodies as raw materials of deepgoing developed product of G.frondosa.
