摘要
黄伞是一种食药兼用真菌。为了开发利用这一自然资源 ,我们对其营养特性进行了研究。结果表明 ,菌丝生长适温为 10~ 30℃ ,最适 2 5℃ ;pH范围 5.0~ 11.0 ,最适 7.0~ 8.0 ;最佳碳源为麦芽糖、山梨糖醇和葡萄糖 ;最适氮源为酵母浸膏、蛋白胨 ;添加维生素对菌丝生长的影响不明显 ;
Pholiota adiposa (Fr.) Quél. is a kind of edible and medicinal fungi. In order to exploit this natural resource, its nutritive characteristics were studied. The results showed that the temperature and pH appropriate to its mycelial growth were 10~30℃ and 5.0~11.0 resp., while the optimal ones were 25℃ and 7.0~8.0 resp.; that the best carbon sources were maltose, sorbitol and glucose; the optimal nitrogen sources were yeast extract and peptone; and vitamins added had no significant effect on its mycelial growth; and that its mycelial growth vigour in CYM medium was superior to that in PDA medium.
