摘要
食油在人民生活中有着极其重要和其它食品不可替代的作用。华北地区有着较为丰富的木本油料植物资源，我们选出了 10种适于本区发展和 10种有发展前途的木本油料植物，并简述了主要生物学特性、栽培价值，提出了发展对策。
： The edible oil is essential to human life and its importance can not be replaced by other foods.North China is rich with the woody oil resources.In this article we have selected ten species suitable for exploitation and development in this region,and selected another promising ten species.At the same time we briefly summed up their main biological characteristic and cultivation values,and put forward development cauntermeasure.
