高秆隐性恢复系eR127在杂交稻配组上的应用研究初报 被引量:10

摘要 用 9.6 99C· kg- 1 Co6 0 γ射线直接照射恢复系 R12 7干种子 ,在 M2 群体获高秆突变体 ,记为 e R12 7。研究结果表明 ,该突变基因与贵州的 Grlc,江苏的 0 2 42 8h和美国的 76∶ 45 12、IR5 0 eui等高秆突变体的基因属等位基因 ;用 e R12 7和 R12 7组配龙特浦 A、冈 46 A、珍汕 97A和威 2 0 A等三系不育系 ,成对杂种株型无明显差异 ,但含有 eui基因的杂种比相应不含 eui基因的杂种早熟 2~ 3d,植株稍高 ,千粒重增加 ,有更高的产量潜力 ;e R12 7作为制种田父本不需喷 92 0就可达到制种高产的效果。 Dried seeds of restore line R127 were treated with γ rays of 9 699 C·kg -1 Co 60 and the mutants were obtained from M 2 population, named eR127. The research results indicated,the mutation gene of R127 belonged to recessive one and eR127 line was allelic to such recessive tall mutants as Grlc of Guizhou, 76∶4512 of the United States, IR50 eui and 02428h of Jiangsu; When eR127 and R127 were crossed with CMS lines Longtepu A, Gang46 A, Zhenshan97 A and V20 A respectively, the plant type of hybrid F 1 didn’t show significantly difference, however, compared with control, hybrids carrying eui gene showed 2-3 days earlier heading, a slightly increased plant height, higher 1000 grain weight and yield potential;seed breeding field of restoring line eR127 not sprayed 920 also gain high yield.
