管理技能是教师,尤其是班主任的重要技能之一。课堂的组织、班级的建设、课外活动的开展,都离不开将学生组织成一个有秩序的团体。管理是通过计划、组织、人员安排、领导和控制等职能活动而实现的,管理的技能也就体现在这些职能活动之中。本文在探讨组织管理技能的这些基本方面之后,重点介绍了该技能在班级建设中的应用。
Management is an important skill to the teacher, the form master in particular. The manipulation of teachings, the building of a class, and the organization of extra curriculum activities all need the students to be put into an orderly body. Management is realized through such activities as planning, personnel arrangement, exercising leadership and control, and the skill of management is revealed in these activities. Preceded by a discussion on the basic aspects of the management skill, this paper devotes itself to an introduction into the roles of the skill in the building of a class.
