摘要
本文测定145例正常孕妇胚胎期绒毛组织中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性,结果表明:胚胎期绒毛组织ALP活性与孕龄有关,在胚胎早期绒毛ALP活性较高,随着孕龄的增加ALP活性逐渐降低,而与孕妇的年龄无关。
Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) activity of embryo villus tissue in 145 normal pregnant women was determined. Results showed that ALP activity related to days of gestation, no related to the age of pregnant women. ALP activity of villus tissue elevated in early emgryo, then failed with the duration of gestation.
