摘要
应用免疫组化技术研究了豌豆凝集素与其受体在人食管上皮的结合,以及在癌变过程中的分布变化。发现从正常食管上皮、增生食管上皮到癌,细胞膜、核膜的豌豆凝集素受体呈递增趋势。在某种程度上,癌的生长方式及分化可能与豌豆凝集素受体的分布有关。结果提示肿瘤细胞的膜成份可能与癌变、浸润有关。
The binding of pisum sativum lectin to its receptors on normal human esophageal epithelia and changes of its distribution during neoplastic transformation were investigated by immunohistochemistry technique. From normal to hyperplastic epithelia, and to squmous carcinoma, the density of pisum sativum lectin receptors on cell and nuclear membrane tended to increase gradually. The changes of its distribution were to certain extent related to the growth pattern and differentiation of the carcinoma. It was suggested that changes of composition of esophageal tumor cell membrane might be related to carcinogenesis and infiltration.
