摘要
目的 :探讨转化生长因子β1 (TGF β1 )在人体心肌肥大组织中的表达变化及其意义。方法 :同时用免疫组织化学及原位杂交技术检测 3 2例人 (左右心室肌各 16例 )肥大心肌组织及cAMP诱导心肌细胞肥大时心肌细胞中TGF β1 的表达变化。结果 :人体肥大心肌组织及培养心肌细胞肥大时TGF β1 蛋白及mRNA表达均显著增加。结论 :提示TGF β1 可能以自然分泌或旁分泌方式刺激人体心肌肥大的发生。
Objective: To investigate change and significance of transform growth factor-β_1(TGF-β_1) gene expression in patients with heart hypertrophy.Method: Using immunohistochemical stainings and in situ hybridization to detect TGF-β_1 protein and mRNA in human with heart hypertrophy and in hypertrophic cardiocytes induced by cAMP.Results: Expression of TGF-β_1 protein and mRNA were elevated markedly in either left of right hypertrophic ventricular tissue.Acompanying cultured cardiocytes hypertrophy was induced by cAMP,TGF-β_1 protein and mRNA expression was increased significantly.Conclusion: It is suggested that TGF-β_1 may play a role via autocrine or paracrine in the pathogenesis of human heart hypertrophy.
