当归对高分子右旋糖酐诱导人红细胞聚集性增强的影响 被引量:22

摘要 目的 :体外观察不同浓度当归孵育对正常人红细胞聚集性、高分子右旋糖酐引起的红细胞聚集性增强的影响。方法 :采集健康献血者静脉血 ,按组分别用自身血浆或高分子右旋糖酐溶液调节红细胞压积至 40 % ,加入或不加当归后 ,用红细胞聚集测定仪检测红细胞聚集性。结果 :(1)当归可使正常红细胞聚集速度减慢 ,而对解聚性能无显著影响。 (2 )高分子右旋糖酐可明显增加红细胞聚集速度 ,当归孵育能降低高分子右旋糖酐引起的红细胞聚集性的增强 ,以 2 0mg/ml的浓度为佳。结论 :当归可以显著减慢正常红细胞的聚集速度 ,抑制高分子右旋糖酐桥联所致红细胞聚集性增强。 Objective: The inhibition effects of Angelica on normal and dextran500 inducing human erythrocytes aggregation were studied.Method: The heparinized venous blood from healthy blood donor with hematocrit adjusted to 40% by it own plasma or was washed with dextran500 solution twice then resuspended in dextran500 at hematocrit 40%.The aggregation of erythrocytes were measured by erythroaggregametre.Results: Angelica(20 mg/ml) significantly(P<0.01) lower the normal human erythrocytes aggregation speed.When normal erythrocytes suspended in dextran500,it was found that RBC aggregation was enhanced largely(Ta,Tf significant decrease,I10,γD and γS significant increase).However,if to add the Angelica(20 mg/ml) in the RBC suspended in dextran500,the speed of the RBC′s aggregate decreased(Ta,Tf significant increase,I10 significant decrease) significant compared with dextran500 group.But no significant changes of aggregation strength were found.Conclusion: These results suggest that Angelica may decrease the normal RBC′s aggregation speed at HCT 40%,or RBC induced aggregation by dextran500.It is a beneficial effect for cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
