和络舒肝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床研究

Clinical Effect on Chronic Hepatitis B Treated by Heluo Shugan Capsule

目的:观察中成药和络舒肝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎、早期肝硬化的临床疗效。方法:采用和络舒肝胶囊联合常规护肝药(甘利欣+齐墩果酸片)治疗慢性乙肝、早期肝硬化60例,并与单纯常规护肝药治疗30例随机对照观察。结果:采用和络舒肝胶囊治疗3个月改善临床症状明显,降低ALT、AST、γ-GT、HA、LN、Ⅳ-C、PCⅢ,升高Alb与治疗前比较差异有显著性,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:和络舒肝胶囊能改善慢性乙型肝炎患者临床症状,改善其肝功能及肝脏蛋白质及胶质代谢功能,提高整体治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Heluo Shugan capsule on chronic hepatitis R and early cirrhosis. Methods: 90 patients were divided into two groups, 60 patients were treated by Heluo Shugan capsule combination with routine protection liver drugs (Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate + Oleanlic acid) and 30 patients by routine protection liver drugs (contrast group). Results: The Heluo Shugan capsule group could improve the clinical syndromes of patients, decrease significantly serum ALT, AST, γ-GT, HA, LN. and increase serum Alb, comparing to contrast group the differentiation had obviously significance (P<0. 05 or 0. 01). Conclusion: The results indicate that therapeutic method of Heluo Shugan capsule may improve the clinical syndromes, regulate the liver's metabolic functions of protein and colloid, enhance the therapeutic effect.
