摘要
本研究以短毛远交群豚鼠为实验动物,用高碘水饲养180天,成功地复制出高碘甲状腺肿动物模型,并观察了高碘对甲状腺组织蛋白水解酶(TC)和过氧化物酶(TPO)活性的影响。结果发现,高碘组动物甲状腺组织TC和TPO活性均显著低于对照组(适碘组),说明高碘对这两种酶有抑制作用,从而为揭示高碘甲状腺肿的发病机理提供了有价值的根据。
High iodide goiter was induced by an excess iodine administration to guinea pig for 180 days. Thyroid peroxidase(TPO) and cathepsin(TC) activity and the serum levels of TSH, T3, T4 and rT3 were determined. It was found that the specific activity of TPO and TC was decreased and the levels of TSH and rT3 were increased in iodine-excess group. The results will benefit the understanding of pathogenesis for iodine-excess goiter.
