摘要
本文报告小肠平滑肌肉瘤9例(空肠5例,回肠4例)。主要临床表现为消化道出血、腹部肿块、部份性肠梗阻、急腹症。对小肠平滑肌肉瘤的诊断和治疗进行了讨论。
Nine cases with small intestinal leiomyosarcoma were reported (5 jejunal arid 4 ileal cases). Clinically, these tumors manifested alimentary tract hemorrhage, abdomen mass, intestine obstruction and acute abdomen. The diagnosis and treatment of small intestinal leiomyosarcoma were discussed.
