摘要
本文总结后装治疗子宫颈癌136例,总三年存活率为85.3％。依外照法不同分三组,1组为四野外照射,2组为两野外照射,3组为两野加四野外照射,三组后装治疗相似。结果表明,3组放疗副作用小且疗效最佳。
136 cases of cervical carcinoma treated by combination of after loading intracavity irradiation and external irradiation were studied. The total three-year survival rate was 85.3％. According to the different external irradiation, 136 patients were divided into three groups. Four—field external irradiation was used in group Ⅰ, two-field in group Ⅱ, and two-field to fourfield in group Ⅲ. However, the afterloading intracavity irradiation in these three groups were similar. The results showed that group Ⅲ had the best efficacy and less side effect.
