摘要
本文报告用成人小指末节为体积估计中青年原发性甲状腺机能亢进症的手术残留腺体量。双侧残留腺体总重量约为8.26g,与多数学者认为保留4—8g相近似。对照既往保留拇指末节病例,本法术后复发率明显降低,同时未见发生粘液性水肿病例。
To evaluate the justified residual gland quantity in surgical treatment for young and middle aged hyperthyroidism, we described a method using phalangette of adult first finger as a volume measure. Total quantity of binary residual glands amounted to about 8.26g, approximating to 4～8g reported by others. Compared with that evaluated by thumb phalangette, the patients obviously had a lower recurrence rate without subsequent myxedema.
