摘要
目的 :探讨慢性精神分裂症的致残情况。方法 :对 196 5～ 1999年分别住我院均有五年以上 ,四十年以下 ,并且目前仍住院治疗的 2 0 2例慢性精神分裂症患者以阴性量表 (SANS)和住院观察量表 (NOSIE)进行评分比较分析。结果 :病程和住院时间长的患者衰退程度越严重。患者的衰退与长期患病和住院及文化程度差异有关。结论 :长期住院不利于患者全面康复及日后回归社会 ,应加强配合心理康复的护理 ,有益的娱疗 。
Purpose:To learn the decline condition of chronic psychosis.Method:By taking SANS & NOSIE for comparison and assess,on 202 in hospital patients who have been staying over five years and below forty years since 1965 to 1999.Result:The psychopaths who have long course of disease and stay long time in hospital are of more serious decline degree.Decline is related to long course of disease,stay long time in hospital and difference of education.Conclusion:The long time stay in hospital is unfavorable to patients for recovery and go back to the society.Optimistic nursing and useful therapy should be strengthened in order to reduce or delay the patients' decline.
