开放手术治疗膀胱癌80例报告

Surgical treatment of 80 cases of bladder cancer

目的 :探讨治疗膀胱癌的有效术式。方法 :对 80例开放手术治疗的膀胱癌进行回顾分析。结果 :复发 15例 ,复发率为2 2 .1% ,2年内复发占 73 .3% ,死亡 7例 ,2年生存率为 98.5 % ,5年生存率为 79.7%。结论 :及时诊断膀胱原位癌和多原发性恶性肿瘤有助于提高治疗效果 ;

Purpose : To explore the effective methods of surgical treatment of bladder cancer . Method : Retrospective analysis was performed in 80 cases of bladder cancer undergoing surgical treatment. Result : 15 cases had recurrence (22.1%),among them,11 cases had recurrence within 2 years(73.3%),7 cases dead,the 2-year and 5-year surrival rates were 98.5% and 79.7%,respectively.Conclusion:Early diagnosis of preinvasive carcinoma,multiple maligant neoplasms and primary maligant neoplasms can improve the curative effect,cystectomy is a perfect and basic method in the treatment of bladder cancer.
