摘要
给健康人口服扑热息痛片剂和溶液剂后,测定唾液中的药物浓度来研究扑热息痛的药代动力学。结果为溶液剂的吸收比片剂快,半吸收期分别为0.17和0.39小时。但两种制剂在体内的消除基本一致,其消除半衰期分别为2.5和2.7小时,与文献报道相接近。而且所用的方法简单,快速,灵敏,可检出大于2μg/ml的样品。在2～30μg/ml的实验范围内,线性关系好,r=0.9997,回收率也很好。
The pharmacokinetics of acetaminophen in saliva was studied by taking the acetaminophen tablets and solution orally in healthy subjects. The results showed that the absorption rate of liquid form was more rapid than the tablets and their half lives of absorption were 0.17 and 0.39h, respectively. But the elimination rates were approximately the same for the two forms being 2.5 and 2.7h, respectively, in agreement with the literatures.
