医务人员的A型行为与防御方式的关系探讨

The relationship of Type A behavior and defense style in doctors

目的 探讨医务人员的A型行为与防御方式的关系。方法 ,对 49名实习生和 34名进修医生进行防御方式问卷(DSQ)和A型行为问卷 (TABQ)测查。结果 A型行为者在运用不成熟和中间型防御方式上显著多于中间型和B型行为者 (P <0 0 5 ) ,TABQ总分与不成熟防御方式、中间型防御方式和掩饰因子均呈显著正相关 (P <0 0 0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ,与成熟型防御方式呈负相关。结论 不成熟和中间型防御方式与A型行为之间存在着一定的关系。
