综述了转人M受体亚型基因CHO细胞系在M受体亚型选择性新药筛选中的应用以及应用过程中应注意的问题 。
The application of CHO cell line transfected with human muscarinic receptor subtype gene in new drug screening and the factors which may confound the results were reviewed.In addition,the screened out subtype selective musearinic agonists and antagonists were also briefly introduced. [
