海藻消瘿颗粒对小鼠甲状腺吸^(125)I率的影响

Effect of Haizaoxiaoying granule on the absorption rate of^(125)Iby thyroid in mice

目的 :观察海藻消瘿颗粒对小鼠甲状腺吸 1 2 5 I率及尿中 1 2 5 I排出量的影响。方法 :给药组动物分别灌服海藻消瘿颗粒 ( 1.0 14,3.0 42 ,5 .0 7g·kg-1·d-1) ,碘化钾组动物灌服碘化钾 0 .0 0 6 g·kg-1·d-1,连续 10d。末次给药后 1h给小鼠按 10g体重腹腔注射 1 2 5 I 0 .314uci后 ,分别置代谢笼 ,收集 2 4h尿液 ,供尿 1 2 5 I排出量试验用。随后分别于 2 ,6 ,2 4,48h处死动物 ,剥离 ,摘出整个甲状腺 ,放免法测甲状腺吸 1 2 5 I率 ,观察药物的作用。结果 :海藻消瘿颗粒可使甲状腺吸 1 2 5 I率降低 ,同时吸 1 2 5 I率高峰推迟。结论 :海藻消瘿颗粒具有一定的抑制甲状腺功能作用 。

Objective:To study the effect of Haizaoxiaoying granule on the absorption rate of JI125,D,Z by thyroid in mice.Methods:Mice were divided to feed with Haizaoxiaoying granule(1.014,3.042, 5.07 g·kg -1 ·d -1 ) or KI(0.006g·kg -1 ) for 10d.One hour after the last dose,0.314uci/10g body weight of JI125,D,Z was given to each mouse by abdominal injection and urine was collected for determination of JI125,D,Z eliminated.The mice were killed respectively at 2,6,24 and 48h after injection and thyroids were collected and the absorption rate of JI125,D,Z by thyroid was determined by RIA.Results:Haizaoxiaoying granule can reduce the absorption rate of JI125,D,Z by thyroid and delay the peak of absorption.Conclusion:Haizaoxiaoying granule possesses inhibitory effect on thyroid function in some extent.
