葛根素过敏反应31例临床分析

调查分析了我院近 1年来应用葛根素或普乐林静脉滴注引起的过敏反应情况 ,其临床表现多种多样 ,最多见为发热 ,最严重为休克 ,还有皮疹、溶血、腹痛等 ,而且可能为多种表现同时存在。

Allergic reactions occurred to intravenous infusion of puerarin over last year,were analyzed.The clinical manifestation of these allergic reactions varied greatly,the common symptoms are fever,rash,hemolysis,abdominal pain,and shock in the worst case,and several symptoms may occurred simultaneously.Therefore,doctors should maintain vigilance on prescribing puerarin injection for their patients.
