L-asparaginase induced hemorrhagic pancreatitis

左旋门冬酰胺酶 (L -ASP)在治疗儿童急性淋巴细胞性白血病 (ALL)和晚期非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL)的联合化疗中起着重要的作用。本文对国内近年来报道的使用L -ASP致急性胰腺炎的不良反应 2 9例进行了分析 ,并对防治提出了一些建议。

L asparaginase(L ASP) is an enzyme which can inhibit the growth of malignant cells to synthesize asparagine.It is used mainly for the induction of remission in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukameia(ALL) and for the combination chemotherapy in advanced non Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL).However,acute hemorrhagic pancreatitis has been reported in association with its use.In this paper,29 case of hemorrhagic pancreatitis reported in our country were analyzed by the authors and the measures for its prevention and treatment were also discussed.
