摘要
8652丙烯酸涂料为装饰防腐涂料中最佳者,是我国涂料的新品种。但随着生产最递增,在配装中逐渐发现漆膜脆易掉漆,经多种方法,大量工艺试验发现,漆膜发脆是由稀释剂中的“SN”抗静电剂所致。采取调整稀释剂配方,从根本上解决了漆膜发脆易掉漆的关键。
8652 Acrylic Coating is one of the best coatings for decoration and corrosion,which is quite new in our country.But with the increase of the production,we found gradually from the assembly that the paint is easy to be peeled off due to the embrittlement of the coating membrane.Through many tests we(?)ve finally known that it is caused by ‘SN’,the agent in deluent to resist static electricity.However,the problem has been solved by me- ans of adjusting the formula of the deluent.
