摘要
目的 :测定姜科闭鞘姜属植物闭鞘姜 Costus speciosus、莴笋花 C.lacerus、光叶闭鞘姜 C.tonkinensis根茎中总薯蓣皂苷元 (Diosgenin)的含量。方法 :用 HPL C法 ,分析柱为 C8柱 (5 μm,4.6 mm× 2 5 0 mm) ,乙腈 -水 (80∶ 2 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长2 0 5 nm。结果 :闭鞘姜、莴笋花、光叶闭鞘姜含薯蓣皂苷元分别为 1.473 4%、0 .312 8%、0 .4911%。薯蓣皂苷元平均回收率10 2 .3% ,RSD为 3.8% (n=5 )。结论 :三种闭鞘姜属植物中薯蓣皂苷元的含量差异较大 ,应合理开发利用。
Objective:HPLC was used to determine the contents of diosgenin in rhizomes of Costus speciosus, C.lacerus and C.tonkinensis .Methods:The column was Alltima C 8 column(5 μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (80∶20). The determination wavelength was 205 nm. Results: The amount of diosgenin is 1.473 4% for Costus speciosus; 0.312 8% for C. lacerus; 0.491 1% for C. tonkinensis respectively. The average recovery of diosgenin is 102.3%, RSD 3.8% ( n =5).Conclusion:Three plants of the Costus genus contain different amount of diosgenin. They should be developed and applied reasonably.
