浅谈建立中国医学病名及其系统的紧迫性

Discussing the Pressure of Establishing TCM Disease Names and the System

目的 :回顾中国医学病名存在的诸多问题 ,并以现代科学、医学和人文科学的知识 ,整理和建立起现代化、科学化、系统化的中医病名命名方法。方法 :学习中医学传统著作 ,分析历史上中医病名存在问题 ,运用现代科技理论和辩证唯物观点提出命名法则和方法。结果 :中医病名的整理 ,一要保持中医特色 ,注意继承传统精华之内容 ;二要体现学科发展的时代性及新疾病谱的涌现。其整理和描记初步提出可用继承、充实、撮合、语言、现代、中西医通用等 9种方法。结论 :中医病名一定要改革 ,而且要规范地建立起来 ,并形成有序而严谨的系统 。

Objective: Looking back some problems of naming TCM diseases, we should establish the modern, scientific, systematic system. The system bases on the modern science, medicine, humanism. Methods: To study TCM traditional works and then analyze the problems of naming TCM diseases. Put forward the naming rules and methods by using modern science and technology theory and a dialectical materilist poing of view. Results: First, TCM disease name must keep the characteristic of TCM and inherit the traditional essence. Second, it should incarnate the trend of developing subject and the appearance of some new diseases, we preliminary raise nine methods, such as inheritance, rich, make a match, the modern language, the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine etc. Conclusion: TCM disease name must be reformed and set up the orderly and strict system.
