输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石86例

Treatment of Urinary Calculi with Ureteroscopy and Swisslithoclast Pneumatic Lithotriptor (report of 86 cases)

目的 观察输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法 自 1998年 5月至1999年 4月采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗 86例输尿管结石。结果 一次碎石成功 73例 ,2例再次碎石成功 ,达满意疗效 ,5例改行ESWL术 ,6例改行开放手术。结论 输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石是治疗输尿管结石的有效手段 ,具有疗效好、治疗快速、病人痛苦小、费用低、可以门诊治疗等优点。

Objective: To evaluate the clinical use of the Swisslithocalast pneumatic lithotriptor in the endoscopic management of urinary calculi. Methods: Between May 1998 to April 1999, 86 cases with stone in ureter were treated with the above-mentioned lithotrptor. Results: 87.2%(75/86) stones were fragmented in one treatment session, 2 of them were fragmented after another session. 5 cases were treated by ESWL and 6 were treated by operation alternatively. Conclusions: Treatment of urinaty calculi with this method has been safe effective and less invasive, it is available for outpatients.
