The Management of Opened Perineal Wound During and After Miles Operation

[目的]总结Miles'术中、术后会阴部开放创口的处理经验。[方法]会阴部切除按解剖层次进行 :先显露肛管动静脉后 ,再钳夹、切断、结扎。术后会阴部创口予以开放 ,不内置纱条。[结果]会阴部切除术中出血甚少 ,术后创口愈合无明显并发症。[结论]提倡会阴部切除按解剖层次进行 。

To summarize the experience of management of opened perineal wound during and after Miles operation on rectal cancer.The perineum was excised according to layed anatomy during operation.Branches of the inferior haemorrhoidal vessels were exposured before being clipped,dissected and ligated.The perineal wound was opened,and no gauze was left in perineal wound after operation.Bleeding was less during excising perinum.There were no significant complications during perineal wound healing.[Conclusion]We advocate that the opened perineal wound for Miles operation.
