摘要 为了满足低温生物工程冷冻样品的需要,我们研制了沉降式深冷速度自动控制和自动记录仪,简称沉降仪,经湖南省鲫鲤杂交研究协作组87年与88年的连续试用和湖南生物研究所及本校生物系的使用,均证明该仪器符合实用要求,设计合理,性能稳定可靠,结构简单、紧凑、轻巧、灵活、美观,操作安全、灵敏、方便、价格便宜。已于199日年12月17日通过了由省教委组织的技术鉴定:“降式方法用于冷冻速度仪器,在国内实属首创”。本发明正在申报专利。 In. order to meet the need of freezing sample, in bioengineering .The centroling and recording instrument of velocity of profound hypothermia with a form of subsidence have been developed by us.Between 1987 -1988,this instrument have been put into operation by the Hunan-Coordinated-Group on the development of crucian-carp hybridization, and by the department of biology of our university. The result of use are as follows:The instrument is in accord with the practical demands; and peforms satisfactorily.The design of the instrument isni reasonable the structure is simple, compact、portable nimble and pleasing to the eye; the operation of instrument is safe、sansitive and convenient ; the price is cheap.This instrument was passed the technical appraisement arganized by Educational Committee of Hunan Province in December 17, 1988.This invention is declaring patent.
