摘要
本文报导Jc(77K,0T)为4005A/cm^2的Ag包套BiSrCaCu_2O_x超导带材的一些研究结果。结果表明,在含80K和110K超导相的带材样品中,BSCCO粉芯晶粒呈片状依带面紧密层叠,且C轴明显形成垂直带面的定向排列,使Jc有较大的改善。
Critical current density (Jc) in Ag-sheathed BiSrCaCu2Ox superconducting tapes was improved by grain alignment .The maximum Jc (77K, OT)was increased to 4005A/cm2.It was found that the grains,consisting of both high-Tc (110K) and Low-Tc (80k) phases, are plate liked with their plate interface parallel to the surface of the tapes, and that their C axis oriented preferentially vertical to the interface.
