小型波导立体式镜像抑制混频器的研究

本文着重阐述了波导端口的小型3cm镜像抑制混频器的性能及结构特点，此混频器带宽1GHz,噪声≤7dB,镜像抑制度≥20dB，并且结构尺寸仅为60×38×35（mm)^3,信号及本振均为波导端口，此混频器具有性能优良，结构可靠，体积妖小等优点，是微波接收机较理想的部件。

This paper briefly discusses the character and structure character of small-tape waveguide 3cm image rejection mixer.This mixer has 1GHz band-width, noise figure ≤7dB, image rejection ratio≥20dB and its structure size of 60×38×35 (mm) 3.The signal and local oscillation signal input ports of the mixer are all designed as waveguide ports. It's advantages arc that it has good character, small volume and high relability, and so on, so the mixer is ideal for microwave receivers. Its signal and oscillator ports are w-ave-guide.
