摘要
本文探讨搅拌速度、时间与原糊流动性的关系。试验表明:由于糊料分子组成不同,结构不同,糊料大分子间作用力不同,剪切应力影响糊体流动性机理也不相同。糊料一般可分为切力变稀型,切力变稠型,中间型三类。本文研究为印花加工中,制糊工序合理控制搅拌速度和时间提供理论依据,以保证制糊效果。
Discusses the relation between paste flowability and the speed and time of stirring. Experimental results show the effect of shearing stress on paste flowability depends on the molecular composition and structure, and the interaction between the macromolecules, of the paste. In general, the paste can be stirred into the diluted the densified and the medium form according to the shearing stress applied ; therefore, a desirable paste can be obtained by properly adjusting the speed and time of stirring.
